Tafsir Summary

Ya-Sin is known as the 'heart of the Quran.' Al-Qurtubi notes its emphasis on tawhid, the resurrection, and the signs in creation — the sun, moon, ships, and pairs of all things. The Prophet ﷺ recommended reciting it for the dying. Its rhythm and imagery remind the reader that life, death, and return to Allah are near and real.
